Every new shop gets a 14 day free trial with full access, no card required to start.

What happens when a trial ends

Your shop keeps running exactly as before. Customers can still browse, buy and pay, and new orders keep coming in. Your dashboard shows a note that your first payment is due, with how to pay. Nothing is charged automatically.

If a monthly payment is late

Same thing: your shop stays open and selling, and your dashboard shows a note that a payment is due. Your shop never switches off by itself over a payment. If we ever had to take a shop offline, a person would do it, and we would talk to you first.

How to pay

Open Settings, Billing in the dashboard. It shows the date your shop is paid until, how many days are left, when the next payment is due, and every payment you have made, each with a receipt you can print.

When card payment is switched on, pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay on Yoco's page. The months are added on to the date you are already paid until, so paying early never loses days. You can also pay by EFT: WhatsApp us on 073 429 5517 and we record it on your account.

Your data either way

Your products, orders and customers are yours. You can export them to CSV at any time, whatever the state of your account.
